Stop the Recall: Knock on doors with Contra Costa Labor Council (Election Day, 9/14)
September 14 @ 9:00 am - 5:00 pmFree
Join the Central Labor Council Contra Costa and Contra Costa Democrats to knock on doors and talk to voters in our neighborhoods.
Republicans have found their latest scheme– to recall Governor Gavin Newsom. Rather than supporting California’s recovery from the pandemic, Republicans want to shift the focus and attention away from those who need it the most. Handing power to Republicans and Trump supporters will set our state back in our fight for progress. The leaders of the Republican Recall seek to repeal California’s clean air protections, roll back gun safety laws, strip immigrants and workers of their protections and take away access to healthcare during a pandemic.
There’s nothing stronger than canvassing to turn out voters to the polls. Sign up for one of these dates!
